New 18F-Fluoroalkylation SynChrom unit |
|
raytest SynChrom instruments are fully integrated systems for PET ligand chemical processes, including chromatographic
purification. Processes for many commonly used radiotracer (FDG, FET, FLT, FMISO) have already been developed and
validated and we offer adaptation of user-defined processes too.

The NEW 18F-Fluoroalkylation
SynChrom is a fast, efficient and reproducible 18F-Fluoroalkylation system. The SPE
purification of the 18F-Fluoroalkylation reagent (patent pending) can be easily integrated in a SynChrom R&D unit
for many 18F-Fluoroalkyl-Radiotracer.
Based on the new 18F-Fluoroalkylation-process raytest offers a fast and efficient
18F-Fluoroethyl-Choline (FEC) SynChrom :
- radiochemical yields up to 40%
- time: 45 minutes
- no HPLC necessary
- SPE-purification based on commercially available SPE cartridges
Continuous development of the SynChrom range means that we can offer new validated processes in collaboration with our
clients.
