NEW RAMONA* quattro
4 ß-HPLC-detectors in 1

RAMONA* quattro
RAMONA* quattro is a new radioactivity-HPLC- flow detector in a long tradition since 1983.
RAMONA* quattro has 8 photomultiplier tubes, which are set up as 4 separate coincidence channels aligned in series, acting as one ultra-sensitive detector.
Every single separate subdetector counts the flowthrough activity profile. All 4 profiles are sequentially delayed, accumulated in phase and added to one peak profile. Therefore the sensitivity increase dramatically.
  • ultra high sensitivity
  • ultra high resolution
  • in case other detectors are not sensitive enough
The combination of the "array type" radioactivity flow detector RAMONA* quattro with the "limit-of detection"-calculation is the ultimate state of the art in sensitivity of radioactive flow detection. (Read more ...)

Photon Imager

NEW Add-on modules!

The Photon Imager is a unique system for detecting, localizing, quantifying dynamically the optical signal - bioluminescence or fluorescence - of your animals in vivo, in a non invasive way. Based on a unique detection technology which allows photon counting techniques, the Photon Imager is the only system available for researchers that allows true real time imaging, and also the analysis of biological data on freely moving animals with its In Actio® module. Photon Imager

In Actio® Module
Biospace lab, with its In Actio® add-on module, was the first company to do: " Molecular Imaging on freely moving animals ".
The patented "In Actio®" imaging principle adds a video acquisition to your optical imaging experiments.

4View Module
The 4View Module, add-on module of the Photon Imager for multi-angle acquisition, acquires in real time signal of the dorsal, ventral and both lateral views for bioluminescence and fluorescence.

MacroLens & Macro2Micro Modules
The MacroLens & the Macro2Micro Modules, add-on modules of the Photon Imager for high resolution imaging, open a new door to the world of bioluminescence microscopy and build the missing link between macroscopic and microscopic acquisitions for fluorescence and bioluminescence.

mosquito infected with GFP expressing malaria
MacroLens fluorescence acquisition of a mosquito expressing DsRed in its salivary glands, infected with GFP expressing malaria. The malaria sporozoites first home in the insect thorax before migrating to the salivary glands of the mosquito. Such a migration is thought to be facilitated by specific chemo-attractants.
